If you would like the guidance of a personal trainer and would also like to train independently then this package would suit you. You will train 2 x per week with a personal trainer, and with your gym membership you can use the gym yourself during opening times, as well as fitness classes. You will be given a nutritional consultation by a qualified nutritionist, and this will be monitored in weekly sessions.
This package lasts for a minimum of 3 months, after which you can continue with a basic gym membership to maintain your results.
